I’m Leanne — a performance coach and former talent and recruitment specialist with over 17 years of experience supporting professionals across multiple industries, including executive search, consultancy, and global blue-chip organisations.
Throughout my career, I’ve navigated changing markets, economic uncertainty, technological shifts, and evolving business structures. These experiences have shaped my ability to adapt, stay resilient, and build strong, meaningful relationships. Now, I use this knowledge to support others as they navigate change, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.

this, I use a method called the ‘performance for coaching ROI method’ (J
Whitmore).

and the coaching costs to identify
ROI.
Leanne helped me identify my thoughts and feelings around imposter syndrome, helped
me question my own thoughts around this. The breakthrough has happened, when I have
these thoughts, I stop, reflect the why, what is the trigger and then change my mindset.
In times when I did have the ‘IS’ creep in, I reminded myself of a quote I had written after
one of our earlier sessions, this helps me refocus “I am knowledgeable about what I am
building and will continue to learn and improve.”
This helps so much to refocus me when
I have the doubts about my ability creep in!!
